Is Boudoir for me?
You know what my answer is going to be- YES! Boudoir involves intimate images of a person and is often done for personal reasons or as a gift for a partner. Most importantly, boudoir is for everyone- regardless of gender, body type and age (although you must be over 18 years old for a photoshoot).

Does the shoot have to be done in a bedroom?
No. The possibilities are endless! There's a beautiful studio space in Lancaster that I like to use. Outdoor boudoir shoots are becoming more popular and I regularly scout new outdoor, secluded spots. Your boudoir shoot can be tailored to your vision and preferred style. 

What's included in the price?
Depending on which package you choose, you'll receive a specific number of digital images, prints, photo editing and retouching, a consultation, a questionnaire, and an outfit guide. 

Do I wear my own lingerie?
I encourage you to wear your own lingerie so you have time to try on different styles.

Do I have to wear lingerie?
Absolutely not! You will receive an outfit guide that will go over options outside of lingerie. T-shirts, tank tops, sweaters, blazers, robes, and even just a regular bra and underwear will work for a boudoir shoot!

How can I prepare for my shoot?
Preparing for a boudoir photoshoot can be both exciting and nerve-wrecking, but there are many things you can do to ensure that you get the best of your experience! Choose outfits that make you feel confident, pay attention to attire details, get plenty of rest, communicate with your photographer and most importantly, relax and have fun! And don't worry, I will walk you through the poses.

Will my images be Photoshopped?
All images will be edited and receive light retouching in Photoshop. For example, non-permanent marks such as cuts, bruises, bug bites, etc. will be fully removed. Semi-permanent and permanent marks may be softened to reduce their appearance. But please be aware that I will not do any sort of body altercations in Photoshop. I want your photos to represent the real you!

Is hair and make-up included?
Because some prefer to wear no make-up or have their hair done, make-up and hair is not included in the packages. There is a separate fee for make-up. Hair will be your responsibility. If you need help with finding a hair stylist, I can help you with that.
 
Do I have to get my hair and make-up professionally done for a boudoir shoot?
This is what I tell my clients- do whatever makes you feel most comfortable! Some people prefer to go all out and have a professional do their hair and make-up, some prefer to do their own, and others prefer no make-up! Your photos will come out beautiful regardless of what you choose to do. 
 
Will my images be posted online or on social media?
Only with your permission! I will have a Model Release form for you to sign.

Can I bring someone to my shoot?
I prefer to work one on one with my clients. But I am not opposed to you bringing someone along! They just may not be included in the photos and cannot interfere with my creative process.

Do you travel outside of Lancaster, PA?
Yes!
